Yard Guard Robot

I’m probably in the wrong area of this forum. Please forgive and set me straight.

I am looking for a Yard Guard Robot that can be geo-fenced and will chase off intruding animals. Like deer.

Can someone focus my attention in the right direction?

Are you looking for something already built? or are you asking for directions on how to build that robot?

Already built (and cheaper that Boston Dynamics :smile:)

Hahaha well if you are referring to Spot then there are many cheaper options, you can find them on the Defense, Security, Surveillance & Inspection section of the store. However, keep in mind that these are development platforms, so none of them will be “plug and play” to be yard guards, in the sense that you will have to program the actions you want the robot to perform. Just as you would have to do with robots like Spot because although these are advanced robots that come pre-programmed to perform certain tasks, such as navigating autonomously and avoiding obstacles, they are not programmed to perform specific tasks such as chasing off deers :sweat_smile:

Thanks - at first glance I think that this what I am looking for. Many seem to be platforms on which I could incorporate specific functions.
