I built a XYZrobot in 2022 but I cannot download XYZrobot Editor, and I cannot download the new YXZrobot 1.2 fireware

Thank you for your answer.
It’s an exe that links to a download URL that no longer exists. The logs give me this error “Error: An error occurred trying to download ‘https://eaxyzrobot.blob.core.windows.net/motioneditor/XYZ_RobotEditor.application’.”.
I went to the XYZprinting site and the sources no longer exist (https://www.xyzprinting.com/support/en-US/Help/download/bolide).
I can’t contact them, they only sell printers and scanners, and their contact form only works with the identifier of these products.

Hi @Rud ,

I will check with RobotShop purchasing if they have any contact with this company.

If not, there is not much we can do if they are out of business and we don’t have this software available.
