Got a XV-11 Neato cleaner. It will tell me that the right wheel is stuck and please clean it. Well all I do is raise it rotate it and set it back down and off it goes again. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes goes by and I get the same error again. I have taken the wheel assembly apart and find nothing wrong with the gears motor or axle. I have lubricated it hoping it would stop the error. Still get it. I did notice once during the start up that it would only turn in one direction then the error. I just raised the wheel and off it went. Possible int wire, connection, motor?
WHEN YOU REFER TO MODULE, YOU MEAN THE RIGHT WHEEL AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY?
