I am currently running windows 2000 on my machine at home. Should I install XP before using the SSC-32 and the Sequencer?? I’ve been thinking about purging the hard drive anyhow.
Wuddya think?
Also what kind of extra power do I need to hook up to it? I’m planning on only using two servos at a time for awhile and I will be working through the data cable.
The SEQ has been comfirmed to work on Windows 95/98SE/2000/XP. It is upto you if you want to format and install windows xp. If you do though, make sure you update it to SP2.
Normally a 6v battery pack will do fine. Once the battery pack gets to like 5.6v or so, the SSC-32 starts to reset which makes the servos go CRAZY. I would suggest using a 9v battery for logic and a 6v battery for servo.
Off topic: I can tell you like anime Which are your favorite?
So if I upgrade to the XP it’ll run the program fine… Thank You.
As far as Anime:
Patlabor, Black Magic, Evangelion, Full Metal Panic, GITS, Appleseed, Tank Police, Gunm, Gundam, Yamato/Starblazers, Robotech… Bleh there are a lot I am forgetting as it is the end of the day… Pretty much anything with mecha in it.
I am trying to base my biped design on some of Misimune Shirow’s works.
Well, if the website is correct… Then it will run fine on windows xp and on windows 2000.
Mechs are cool, but im more into the magical girl (not into the Fan Service shet though), adventure, fantasy stuff… Mostly Naruto, Card Captor Sakura, Chobits, FullMetal Alchemist. CLAMP has some really nice stuff. Really love Chobits and CCS. ^^
Yea, I noticed your hand topic a few minutes ago. I really love the title
