What are the size of the plug/sockets on the xiao shields and the power supply? 4 pin component and two pin power. Non standard size from what I see.

I guess you are referring to this shield:
If that’s the case then, the two pin power is simply a power bonding pad with 2.0mm hole distance, and the 4pin sockets are GROVE ports, if you are not familiar with them I suggest checking this page:
You can find the compatible cables/components in the GROVE Parts section of the store.
