XGO-mini K210 not working

Hello,

I have received an XGO-mini K210. When I plug it into the charger, the LED on the charger turns red and then green.
When I plug in the robot, the LED turns red for one or two minutes and then green.
I unplug the charger and press the on/off button. Nothing happens. The light on the on/off button stays off (I guess it must be blue or something).
According to [email protected] it could be the battery.

I wanted to contact the after-sales service directly but I haven’t managed to find out how to do it.
