Hello,
I have a couple of those board in the subject line.
I had used one in the past and I don’t remember having had many issues.
Now I am trying to use the 2nd one. When I try to upload a sketch it resets the comm port and it does not upload.
Thought I had a bad board. but tried on the other one that still works with the original sketch and it does the same thing.
Using the Arduino IDE 1.6.8 but I even tried the 1.0.5 but it does the same.
An idea of what I am doing wrong?
I am just trying to upload the Blink sketch for now.
Just to clarify.
Let’s say the com port is COM19. When uploading the sketch I see COM19 disappear and COM20 appear.
After the IDE throws the error that it cannot find the port, the reverse happens.
We’ve received a response from the manufacturer indicating that they have tested the board and had a similar issue. They mention it should not prevent the code from running but that was not was we felt was happening.
According to the manufacturer, the two ports we noticed is normal with the Leonardo-compatible boards. Since identifying what is wrong with your specific case will require more intervention from the manufacturer, it was recommend that you contact them directly at . This will ensure you receive faster support for your issue.
