Wrist Rotate Upgrade (Heavy Duty) Gears Not Meshing

Hello!

I recently just bought the Wrist Rotate Upgrade (Heavy Duty) from Lynxmotion. While building the Low Profile Axis Assembly, the two gears provided would not mesh. The gear installed on the HS-485HB servo and the gear on the ball bearing are not touching. What should I do?

The servo motor needs to be mounted the other way around.
