Would it charge a 18650 battery correctly

Hello I wanted to know if this wireless charging reciever is enough to charge up a 3.7v 2200mAh 2.6wH 18650 Battery on a cordless Wahl Hair Clipper ?

If so what is the size dimensions in inches for this product? Is it roughly larger than a US Quarter?
