Has anyone used the worm gear listed here at the robot shop with the spur gears listed on the same page? Were their any compatibility issues?

You can’t use a spur gear with a worm gear; you need to use a worm with a worm gear. Unfortunately we are discontining this line and no longer carry the worm gear. You can order direct from qtcgears.com
