using wixel with brook shire VSA soft wear every thing worked good but now when you try and run a song the VSA time line freezes up. music track plays fine if I use a usb cable to the servo controller it works I am working with windows 10 any ideas

To get a better idea of your setup, please include one or more pictures of it showing clearly all components (all boards, connections, jumpers, power connections, computers, etc.). Don’t be shy adding notes on your images if it can help clarity/understanding.
Also, any details about your setup and how everything is connected, what works and what doesn’t and how/why (if you know/have an educated guess).
You can add images to your reply (and other files) by going into Full editor mode and opening the Attachments bar (see the attached image for details).
