Wireless charging modules (frequency)

I purchased 12V 600mA wireless charging modules and 5-12V wireless charging PCB module.

I have my own device, and want to use your transmitter to charge my own device. Could you give any advise for me?

What is the resonant frequency of your power transmitter? I tried to check it using impedance analyzer, and the frequency seems to be around 40-50MHz. Is it right? I want to decrease the resonant frequency as 13.5MHz. I can replace the coil (inductance) or a matched cap (capacitance). which part of your transmitter is the matched capacitor? what is the value? Can I purchase the coil wire so that I can make a bigger coil?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The RB-elf-152 12V 120mA Wireless Charging Module has a transmitter and a receiver.

See the specifications here for more details:

  • Input voltage: 12Vdc
  • Input voltage(limits): 13.5Vdc
  • Output voltage: 12Vdc
  • Output current(maximum): 600mA
  • Transmitter coil inductance: 30uH
  • Transmit-receive distance: 1-20mm

I wouldn’t recommend changing the frequency of the charger since you will have to tune the receiver with the transmitter to make sure the power is well transferred.

If you plan on modifying the product, I would be interested to see the result in the ‘‘Robots’’ or Projects section.
Cheer.
