Window Comparator

I see you have a window comparator,
Product Code : RB-Spa-475
Is there any further specifications as to how this works or how the 6 inputs / outputs interact with each other? Can you use this circuit to clip the bottom half of an audio signal (the part of the wave that goes below zero) ?

I am trying to convert an audio signal, lets say the compression side of the signal (rising) into a pulse or voltage output. http://www.guitarzombie.com/321.jpg

For information about the inputs and outputs, we would recommend consulting the schematic file available in the Useful Links section:

From it, you can see that VREF High and Low are outputs, determined by the two potentiometers on the board. The Signal is the analog input signal, and Logic is the digital output signal.

The VCC and GND allow you to power it with 5VDC.

For your application, we’re not sure if it can really be used with audio… The manufacturer specifies that there’s a 10 microsecond delay between the input and output, which suggests that it might not work well with frequencies above 100 kHz, or maybe not even 25 kHz.

To be verify, you would need to consult the datasheet for the LMV358 op-amp chip that’s used on the board:

You would also need to do some testing with the part itself…

Hope this helps,
