I have a winbot 7, purchased in Oct 2013.
Recently when placing the unit on the window it stays but the blue light will not come on and hence the unit cannot be started. I have cleaned it multiple times with no result. Please help.
The unit i have was a replacement unit. The remote is the original unit. The two will not pair. Please help
