Is funny the robotic project office was orginally in Alabama, and governor for Michegan had favors pull that money and move it to Detroit. Good move on his part. Most of the alabama robots were army and marine based systems.
Great news! I’m a computer engineering student and I’m very interested in robotics. I’m not sure if I’ll end up with an industry job or have to do university research, but I’m glad to hear this news.
Interesting topic - they already have robots that do so much for us lazy humans and can only imagine their impact on civilization in 100 years - but since I won’t be alive in 100 years I guess I will be happy with the one that vacuums my floors ;o)
