Wildthumper controller COM port

Hello,

i have the first problem with my Wildthumper controller. After connecting by usb to my PC, it doesn't appear as COM-port or unknown device. My operating system is Windows 7 x64, external power is connected, all three leds (blue, orange and green) are lit.

UPD: on WinXP it works fine.

USB to TTL bridge chip installed? It is probably a cp2102. That is just a guess.
