I found this wifi module:
gridconnect.com/wiflysurf.html
Has anyone tried this yet? Does it work with ssc-32 or bb2?
I’m not sure what to use/buy, this wifi module or a sparkfun bluesmirf module??
Can anyone help me with this?

I have not used any of these, but it does look pretty interesting. From the description it sounds like you should be able to connect it to either the SSC-32 or BB2. It sounds like you can hook it up either using RS232 signals or TTL level signals.
As for which to use? I guess it depends on how you wish to use it. The bluesmirf allows you to make a connection to your PC that looks like a standard serial port. With this for example you can then use programs like SEQ to talk to your robot. Not sure if you can easily do that with this module. But it opens up whole other things like fast communications, ability to talk to it over the network…
Sorry I am not much help.

This is interesting, but there isn’t much information on it. I’d really like to see a manual for it. It states the module has a TCP/IP stack, but I’d like to know if that is accessible from the host.
