Why RIOS SSC-32 Config can't save the config?

hi,everybody

I got a 4L5C, andI used the RIOS SSC-32 Config to enable the “base, Shoudler, Elbowm…etc”

but if I exit the RIOS SSC-32 Config, and turn back to the RIOS SSC-32 Config, the config is not be saved.

so if I used the Moves/Motions, it told me

Warning

you must enable at least

the shoulder (servo #1) => Disable
the elbow…2…
and the wrist…3…

so how can I save it? thx

This has to do with your serial communications. The serial port is not able to communicate BIDIRECTIONALLY at sufficient speeds, so data is being lost. Please look at this thread. Any of these problems could apply even if it’s for Atom Programming.
