Whisker App Issue

Hi,

I have the exact same problem, similar situation with the robot connect 3 I bougth refurbished from Robot Shop. It was fine with the old app, but don’t work with the new app.

I tried everything even the latest recommandation, to connect the wifi while stile trying to connect.

Need help, I couldn’t get more info on Litter Robot website, so i’m trying here.

Order number: 1049428 (Old order)

I recently change the DFI kit and everything else work fine except the connexion and the ready button often flash slowly in blue and the robot doesn’t do the cycle by itself I have to press on reset or replug it for the cycle to start.

According to your description, the issue is likely caused by the DFI sensor so please provide us with the order number for the recent replacement order for the sensor.

We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following video:

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.
