Which Raspberry Pi Motor Board for Actuonix L12 Linear Actuator 30mm 50:1 12V?

Hello! I need to drive 3 of these linear actuators with my Raspberry Pi 3.

Would the Adafruit DC & Stepper Motor Driver HAT Kit for Raspberry Pi work with this? I realize that I would need to stack two boards. Best regards.

Hello @msheald and welcome to the RobotShop community,

Yes, you can use that driver with the L12-30-50-12-S (limit switch version). Also, in case you are interested the I version (for example the L12-50-100-12-I) has an integrated controller so microcontroller PWM so you could control them directly with a Raspberry Pi.
