Hello Please help me to find out which motor is suitable for underwater.

BlueRobotics makes parts for underwater robotics, including very affordable underwater thrusters (T100 and T200):

These are BLDC motors and best used with their ESC (motor controller).

Thank you sir, but I have query my robot weight is approximately 100 to 150 kg.This T100 - T200 is lift the weight of robot ?

Thank you for clarifying. No, these would not be appropriate for that size of ROV. The T10 / T200 thrusters are best suited for <15Kg ROVs. Unfortunately given the weight you’re looking at, RobotShop does not carry any solutions, nor are there many manufacturers we have found for that size of thruster. Quite a few ROV manufacturers end up manufacturing their own models to integrate into their ROVs. You’ll need to continue the search online.
