Hello thanks in advance for the help. I want to control two stepper motor (of this type ) with Pololu A4988 stepper drivers and an arduino uno. Since I pretty newbie, I’m not soure what is the minimum powerrequirement for this configuration.
I think arduino can be powered via USB, but the motors and drivers obviously need another power supply. I already have an DC adapter with 12V 2A output, but can’t decide that is it enough to power both motors and drivers, or need to buy a stronger one?

The driver can take a max of 35V, so a 24-28V DC power supply at 4A or so would be fine. A 24V transformer, bridge rectifier and a 200 uF 40V or so filter cap should do.

Hi,
The RB-Ada-138 are specified to draw a maximum of 350mA per phase at 12V. Therefore, using your 12V 2Amps DC adapter to power both steppers should be fine.
