Where on the Mega2560 is the paddle?

I am using the Mega2560 processor board made by Atmel. In the data manual they say solder the groundpaddle the board will eventually stress out.
MLF/QFN packages soldering?

Could you explain more your question ?
If it is a question related to the AtMega2560 chip and not the Arduino Mega 2560, it might be better if you contact Atmel directly.
