Once a purchase order (PO) is processed, in-stock items ship as soon as possible. Back-ordered items may be shipped separately upon request only. Payment is due within 30 days. If the order is a single item or contains a backorder item, the entire order will be shipped once every product is back in stock unless a request is sent to our customer service support by form or email.
