What's the slowest speed I can do for AL5B?

I have an AL5B robot arm controlled using Dual Arm Controller, and I’m wondering if I can go below Speed100?

I don’t now what you mean with 100, guess 100%.

So yes you can, only thing is when you go slow(er) the arm doesn’t move smooth anymore.
I know that my AL5C arm is happier (smoother) when I increase the speed.
In the program I use, im allowed to change the speed from 50% to 150%.
