I have a DEVANTECH SD84 Servo controller and i want to know:
Could I use a Desktop PC Power Supply?. Can i convert a PC power supply as shown in this page web2.murraystate.edu/andy.batts/ps/POWERSUPPLY.HTM ?
How many servos (Hitec HS-55) could work with 350W PC power supply?

Welcome to the RobotShop Forum. You can indeed connect a computer power supply (so long as it has a 5V output). Each HS-55 servo consumes about 150mA (at 4.8V), so a 350W power supply can in theory output 70A at 5V. However in reality that value is much lower and you would need to check the specifications printed on the case of the power supply. If it can produce 20A at 5V, you should be able to safely connect 125 HS-55 servos (assuming no losses in efficiency and all servos oprating at the same time).
