What microcontroller should I get?

I have been searching the internet now for a while and am having trouble finding a microcontroller that fits these specs.
Requirements:
Is energy efficient (no more than 70mA draw)
Can be programed in C++
32bit

Does anyone know of some good microcontroller that I should get.

Note that most consume at least 100mA when not doing too many calculations.
Why do you have such a low current requirement?
