What kind of chaos is this?

I received a new botboardino to replace my old and tired one. One problem is the power block is soldered on upside down. The ports for the battery leads are blocked by the jumpers. What gives?

That’s crazy! Did you contact support? I’m assuming that it was a mistake when it went through the machine… they should replace it without any issue.

I tried the technical support, but not sales support. I’m still getting used to this new forum. This is my first time using it since it changed. If I don’t hear anything from them by tomorrow, I’ll try sales support.

I’d personally send something to sales support tonight since that’s what covers Returns and Warranty issues and they can get on it first thing in the morning.
