What is the warranty if you purchased on Amazon

My husband and I purchased the cat litter box on Amazon however it is not even a year old and we are constantly having an issue with it cycling. It cycles then stops then cycles then stops rinse and repeat. We only have two cats we should not be experienced such an issue especially since we have a secondary cat box in another room and which they do use. The only way to keep it cycling is if we lightly tap on it or turn it off for half an hour and turn it back on then it will still do the same thing even when we clean it out.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with a copy of the invoice to check your warranty status.

The problem is probably with the connection between the base and the bonnet. Have a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyUuSGSgn1A&t

Also, there are two connection metal pins between base and bonnet. Some customers use WD-40 to clean them to make better contact.

I will have to wait for my husband to get home from his two weeks of a job site to look at your detailed information on what to look for and try to do to fix the situation. I have attached a screenshot of the Amazon order with the date and order number.
