What is the *.lcf file's function?

Hello!
What is the *.lcf file’s function? Can i control the arm with this file? If the anwser is YES, how can i do that?
I’ve tried to use this file on the LynxTerm, but i think it do nothing…

It’s a config file for LynxTerm. It will not run an arm. :cry:
