The two kits are actually very different.
The Lynxmotion SES V1.1 focuses on robot arms and walking robots (many servos but no DC gear motors).

whereas the MakeBlock kit focuses on wheeled and tracked robots (three DC motors and a servo).

You can make a simple wheeled rover using the SES V1.1, and there are instructions to make:

]12 DoF hexapod/:m]
With the MakeBlock Ultimate kit, you can create mostly wheeled and tracked rovers.
Note that the MakeBlock Ultimate Kit does not include the microcontroller, motor controller(s), battery, charger or soaftware.

Ah yes, my apologies - was just going based on the title you provided.
RB-Mab-86 does also indeed include the electronics and software.

Note that MakeBlock focuses on wheeled / tracked robots whereas Lynxmotion focuses on walking / legged.
