What is the actual torque value on this motor?

Hello.

I need a low cost dc motor with relatively high torque, 3-5 ft lbf, and can have low rpm’s. This motor I found is claiming a very high torque value for the cost and rpm’s to the point I don’t believe it: DC flat spur gear motor Parallel shaft gear motor - 12V 3RPM - RobotShop. Does anybody know the true torque rating or where I can find this information?
