Hi,
I’m hearing a weird rattling noise from inside the speaker of the botboarduino, and this happens within a second of me turning on the board and continues until I upload code and then it completely stops. This just starting happening. Is there any way to fix this? The code I upload doesn’t effect the noise, it is there either way.

Is it possible your board is running code that uses pin D5? This is the pin connected to the amplification circuit for the buzzer on the BotBoarduino. You can read more about it in the manual, available here.
If you are but do not want sound to come out, simply remove the jumper at #4. This will disable the connection between the buzzer amplification and the D5 pin.
