The weight in my litter robot 3 open air keeps falling out. It’s done it 3 times in the past 6 months. I called Whisker support and was told to buy a new liner. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a fix for it?

It is likely that the cavity under the liner, where the weight is placed, is no longer tight enough. This looseness could explain why the weight keeps falling out.
In this case, replacing the liner is indeed the best solution, as it will resolve the issue permanently.
