Hi,

Hello,
It depends on the servo used. I have not taken the time to try to figure out the load at the various servo joints, but HS-5645MG’s could be considered the minimum when adding arms, grippers and cameras. 5645’s will provide reliable performance with the added weight.
My BRAT has two arms and two grippers with an aluminum billet T6061 head and it works ok using 5645’s. 475’s however could not move the joints at times and was under way to much strain. 645’s would probably just barley work but the ankles would be a concern, and the 5645’s are just strong enough to avoid stalling.
Hi SN96,
Thanks for quick reply. Can the default servos with Biped BRAT kit (HS422) carry around 10 ounce of weight on top of BRAT ?
I really appreciate your time on this input.

Kirti
It should work. The 422’s I believe will allow one pan and tilt servo.
Thanks SN96.
