I purchased a Neato XV-21. RobotShop supplies a 5 year warranty with it. Do I need to register the product or showing my proof of purchase will to be sufficient if I need to return the product for repair under the warranty.

There is no need for registration with our 5 year warranty. All you must do is contact us with your order number and explain the problem your are experiencing.
