from where to start with project . i don want to make a robo which can climb on metallic wall. Which principle we can use like to create suction what mechanism we can use , whether it is easily available in the market , at what prize , how to avoid weight problem means which light weight battery we can use , what is the prize of that battery???
There are not many wall climbing robots, and most have been created in educational institutions or for R&D. If the wall is metal, you might try using magnets. If the wall is very smooth, you might try suction.
If you opt for suction, the friction and suction effect need to counteract the weight of the robot, which means a very lightweight battery (LiPo is a good choice).
Since there are not many robots which can hold themselves against a wall, you will have quite a bit of research and experimentation to do. We don’t have any easy answers for this one.
As for the battery, we suggest LiPo, but the weight will depend on the voltage and capacity you need for your application.
if i decide to go with electromagnet , then type of magnet i can use ? will robot become bulky because of magnet ? which processor i can use to supply the current ? what is the current required ? reply asap on mail id [email protected]
Unfortunately we do not sell any electromagnets, so you’d need to do research to find ones which are powerful but lightweight. The power requirements depend on the electromagnet you choose. Unfortunately we cannot provide much input because we do not provide that product.
