vtail 500

What is the correct front left motor rotation using a quadrino nano with fct the manuals show both and fct animation shows CW i have CCW and it dose not fly .

There are many different thing that can lead to a multirotor not flying.
Both rotation will work for a VTail. Have you confirmed that both the propellers and the motor as set to the right orientation ? The motor pins connected to the right outputs ?

Please, upload some nice pictures of your VTail and the propellers.

Here is some more information

flying weight is about 1200 grams with a 4s 10amp/hr lipo

I have also try 1245s all around
1245 front 1045 rear

it wants to roll left
yaw left a bit

I tried anlge ,angle+mag,angle+mag+baro, angle+mag+baro +postion hole and acro
I get about the same results

any suggestion would be great

I have tried with a pixhawk px4 with even less success.

I will post some pic after to do a bit of crash repairs.

The first try should be without any Modes selected, that way you will see if the VTail fly good.
Than you will want to try “Horizon” + “MAG” which will give you stabilisation on all axis but altitude.

In this mode it will try to stay “Level” but that is based on the “ACC Calibration” and if that is slightly off it will drift.

When it try to go left, is it very lightly or something very hard to keep ?
