My daughter was just trying to build her Vex IQ robot and she put the wrong end of the battery in first and now it is stuck in there. We have been trying to get it out for over an hour. Any ideas?
Can you provide an image or two? You might need to unscrew the “brain” to get access.
I work with fifth graders all day long and this happens once in a while. If you look at the end of the batter that is jammed in towards the contacts on the brain you’ll see a lip at the edge of the batter. The easiest way is to get a letter opener with a “flat head” and flex the brain out a bit or wedge the battery up. Once you do this you slide the lip past the ridges on the inside of the brain or you can slowly lift the battery out as the brain “flexes” a bit.
