Very disappointed Litter Robot failed under 2 months old

Hi,

Can anyone help, I’ve had my Litter Robot 3 Open Air for less than two months now it had been running well with no problems other than a few sensor issues (resolved by pressing the reset button). But today the whole unit went dead - stopped mid cycle, all lights went off, I switched the power off and on at the wall at which point the on/off button on the robot lit up briefly but since then the whole unit has been unresponsive. No lights no movement. I have tried other items in that socket and they work. I have tried the litter robot in other sockets with no joy.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,

Is it possible for you to test the power supply with a voltmeter?

If the Litter-Robot is plugged in, is the control panel hot at touch?

Many thanks for the prompt reply.

Unfortunately we don’t have access to a voltmeter to check.

I just plugged in the litter robot again and left it for 30mins. The control panel does not feel not to touch. Neither does any part of the machine or power supply.
