The torque it can provide will depend on the motor you used, it is built to be compatible with servo city’s spur gear motors like these for example:

Materials:

3/8” stainless steel output shaft, supported by dual 3/8” ABEC 5 ball bearings.
¼” ABS plastic and aluminum structure provides a rigid framework without adding unnecessary weight.
