Are these hardwired into the home’s electrical system or do they work on batteries?

You don’t need to use a particular brand of blinds to use the Remote Controlled Drapery and Vertical Blind Motor.

It doesn’t work on batteries, you simply need to plug the adapter into an electric wall outlet.
Maximum width is 70.5" Height is 92"
If these are the dimensions of your blinds, this motor should work.
If you want to check the specifications of the product, you can find them in the user manual.
