Version of Rover?

I’m really interested in the Rover but I’m a tad confused as to what the shipping version currently is. Looking through the docs, I see that the manual indicates that there’s a Version 2.1 of the Rover. Yet, when I look on the site, I seem to only be able to find Version 1.5.

What is the currently shipping version of the Rover? If it’s not 2.1, when will this newer version begin shipping? Is there any way that you could specify the version number on the product page for the Rovers? (regular, bluetooth edition, etc)?

I’m very interested in making a purchase, but not if there’s a chance that you’ll be shipping the newer version a couple weeks later…

Not a problem - we’re currently (almost) sold out of the V1.5 - so that is what is shipping as of now. We have a large shipment of V2 on its way - set to arrive any day now. The manual was prepared in advance and covers all versions. Currently the site only lists the V2 as part of the Mecanum kit. As soon as we sell out of the V1.5 we’ll be converting the other kits to V2 as well.

The manual is V2.1 (we’ll change that to R2.1 to avoid any confusion with the version of the rover).
