I’m going to be looking for a new robotic vacuum soon.

I contacted Neato to let them know I needed a 4th replacement on a BotVac and they decided to just give me my money back.

(The first one survived a month and then kept complaining the bin wasn’t in… the 2nd and 3rd arrived with bumper error messages and couldn’t ever be used, and the 4th lasted a few months but then started having bumper problems and spinning erratically)

Obviously they don’t want me as a customer anymore since they didn’t offer to replace it, who should I go with? The botvac had good suction, just terrible quality control.
