Using two (4ch) Phidgets PhidgetBridge Wheatstone Bridge Sensors to run 8 loadcells

I need to monitor 8 load cells in a program I created using Flowbotics. Can I use two (4ch) Phidgets PhidgetBridge Wheatstone Bridge Sensor Interfaces? Ideally, I would like to just use one USB port on the computer we are using to run the program. Would the program have difficulty registering the interfaces?

I have been using one interface and the program finds it no problem, I am just wondering if adding another interface would cause issues.

Thanks for any feedback and/or recommendations!

Hi @Macatc123 and welcome to our forum.

I guess you would have to use an USB hub if you want to connect these two Phidget devices to one USB port?

I don’t see why it should not work.

All Phidgets are connected to the computer using USB. Most computers support up to 127 USB devices (or more), so it is easy to connect as many Phidgets as are required for almost any project.
