Using SSC-32 with GWS S03N XF STD servo

Does anyone have any experience, positive or negative, using an SSC-32 to control some GWS S03N XF STD servoes? This is my first experience with servoes and with the SSC-32 and I’m not getting the expected behavior. I assume that if I continually send the sequence “#0 P1500” the servo may move after the first command but shouldn’t move after the second command.

It’s an inexpensive servo. I’ve noticed what I think is a little drift in the ones I have modified for continuous rotation.

I’ve modified them further, and I will drive a pair of them with H-bridges.

Is the servo a continous rotation servo or a standard 180 deg rotation? Continous rotation servos using the origional pot are prone to drifting causing them to slowly start turning from a previous neutral position.

Almost sounds like a power issue. Any chance you could send pictures? Maybe a better description of exactly what you have there…
