Can I use 16 HXT 6.9kg servo motor with SSC-32 simultaneously? what much power will be required?
I have a transformer of 120AC to 6.5vdc at 1.5 amp, and 120AC to 6.5 vdc at 4 amps. Will these both transformers can provide sufficient current to 16 servos through VS1. and I will use 9V battery at VL on SSC-32.

Hi,
The forum is small enough that there are many like myself who read every posting, so please only post a question once. Weekends (especially holiday weekends can be a bit slow, so you may have to wait for more definitive answers to some questions. Note: the duplicates were removed.
The SSC-32 can handle 16 servos no problem. There are lots of us here who have at least 18 servos on our hex robots.
I know nothing about these servos. As for how much power is required, that is always a dificult question as it depends on what the servos are doing. IE are they all under load? My quick glance at the specs did not show anything about how much power is required.
Sorry
Kurt
You may have problems if the servos are all started at the same time or have to hold significant loads. The easiest thing to do is try the setup and see how well it works.
I don’t know of any servo the SSC-32 can’t control. Even these crappy lead filled china servos.
