Using L16 Actuator with a RC system

In my model RC plane i want to have a e
lectric open and close
mechanism on the sliding canopy.
In that case i have some question abount this item: L16 Actuator 140mm 63:1 6V RC Control

  1. Can it handle a 6,6V LIFE battery?
  2. Do i need a Actuonix Linear Actuator Control Board?
  3. Can i adjust travel limit directly in mye RC radio in the same way as a normal servo? (I fly With Jeti radio system)

Any of Actuonix “R” series actuators can be operated from 5vdc to 7.4 vdc

No the LAC board is only required if you want to operate a “P” series actuator via RC.

Yes, you can limit the travel just like a regular analog servo
