I would like to use this wireless system to control lights and buzzer for a magic act. Can the actuator outputs be directly connected to 12v lights? Thanks

Yes, you could use the 2-4 Channel Remote Control System to control LED lights and buzzer. Keep in mind that it would work as a dimmer and not an on/off switch, you can find more information here:

If you only need to turn the lights on and off you could use a wireless relay.
