Using Barcode Scanner RB-Dfr-567 with a Microcontroller

Hello,

I wish to confirm if the stated Barcode Scanner RB-Dfr-567 can be used with a microcontroller or only limited to be used with a computer. I plan to use it with a ARM family microcontroller like MSP430.

Hi,

Yes the Barcode Scanner Module can be used with a microcontroller. You will need a RS232-TTL Converter though.
This Multi USB/RS232/RS485/TTL Converter should work.
